Executive Vice President of Operations

Ben started with Riley Construction in 2000 and has been an integral part of Riley Construction’s growth in the southeastern Wisconsin market for the past 17 years.  Recently promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations, additionally, he has been managing the Riley Construction Milwaukee office and Wisconsin market.  Ben will continue to manage and lead operations along with client satisfaction and new project development.

Ben joined Riley as a project engineer, and he quickly became project manager working on large healthcare construction projects and most recently held the title of Division Manager, leading Riley in one of the largest healthcare projects in the history of the company. Ben was named 2010 Project Manager of the Year by The Daily Reporter.

With 17 years of dedication to the construction industry, Ben has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in Milwaukee, WI. He is a USGBC LEED accredited professional (LEED AP) and is certified in healthcare construction and infection control through the Wisconsin Healthcare Engineers Association (WHEA). He is also an active member of the Waukesha Business Alliance. Ben has been a member of The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin Board of Directors since 2014, and was elected President of the group in 2019.
