Ben Kossow Executive Vice President of Operations
Ben started with Riley Construction in 2000 and has been an integral part of Riley Construction’s growth in the southeastern Wisconsin. Ben currently serves as Executive Vice President of Operations, overseeing corporate project development, manpower, and client satisfaction strategies. Additionally, manages Riley’s Milwaukee-area office, which he was integral in establishing.
Ben joined Riley as a Project Engineer, and has served as Project Manager and Division Manager, where he managed one of the largest healthcare projects in Riley’s history. Ben was named 2010 Project Manager of the Year by The Daily Reporter.
Ben has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). He is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED-accredited professional (LEED AP) and is certified in healthcare construction and infection control through the Wisconsin Healthcare Engineers Association (WHEA). He is also an active member of the Waukesha Business Alliance. Ben has been a member of The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin Board of Directors since 2014, served as President of the group in 2019, and is currently Past President.
