Community Participation

Riley donates funds to over 30 different local and regional charities each year. But the real difference is made by the time and efforts our employees give to a variety of worthy causes. Whether it’s  packaging food and supplies for needy children, participating an charity run/walk, or serving on the Board for a nonprofit group, you’ll find our employees across Wisconsin and Illinois lending a hand and helping to improve the lives of those around them!

We are also strong supporters of educational opportunities for young people interested in STEM careers and the skilled trades. Our apprenticeship and internship programs give high school and college-age students a leg up on their future in the construction industry.
