Chad Parker Project Executive
Chad joined us as an Intern in the summer of 2009 and started full-time after earning his B.S. in construction management from UW-Stout in 2010. He rose through the project management ranks, working with some of Riley’s largest commercial, healthcare, and industrial clients, before being promoted to his current role of Project Executive in 2022.
Chad grew up in the Fond du Lac, WI area in a family of teachers and athletic coaches. His first to exposure to the construction business was in high school, where he was drawn to technical education and engineering classes. “In college, I was initially interested in architecture and design. After taking a few business classes, I decided construction management was a better fit,” Chad explained. “Working on numerous different projects alongside different design teams and clients has definitely given me a fulfilling career. Every day brings something new… and I always enjoy a new challenge!”
Chad and his wife Chezney have one child, a son named Callan. He stays active by working out and running frequently. He also enjoys golfing, tennis, biking, and “poorly attempting” to play guitar.
Fun Fact? “I’m a live music fanatic. I listen to numerous different genres and try to make it to a handful of concerts each year. Whether it be a classic rock artist like Fleetwood Mac or The Eagles, or an Indie band like My Morning Jacket, if they are in the Milwaukee area I’m most likely going.”
