Dan Sullivan, LEED AP Project Executive

For more than two decades, Dan has successfully overseen a multitude of construction projects across various commercial sectors, including complex healthcare, education, and municipal projects. Dan is a native of Illinois and graduated from Purdue University in 2003 with a degree in construction management. While working days and taking classes at night, Dan later earned his MBA from Missouri State University in 2007.

Dan’s passion lies in tackling challenging construction projects and working closely with clients to see their visions become a reality. He enjoys collaborating with a diverse group of trade partners and solving the daily construction challenges to deliver a quality project.

In his personal life, Dan finds joy in his role as a family man. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Nicki, and is the proud father of four (Ellie, Finn, Everly and Maisie). When not overseeing construction projects, Dan can be found pulling his kids behind their boat, coaching his kid’s soccer team, or doing just about anything outdoors.

Fun Fact?  Dan and his wife moved several times for his construction projects, and has completed projects in seven different states!
