Riley Construction provided Construction Management Services for a major renovation and expansion of the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Natural and Social Science. Work included renovations of the existing 70,000 square-foot facility and the addition of a 35,000-square-foot wing to the south and east, embracing the center’s Lake Michigan location at Carthage College.
The new 3-story science center increased classroom and laboratory space by 40 percent, providing state-of-the-art facilities for study in the natural sciences.
