The 16,000 square-foot project was a multi-phased construction to expand and renovate the Imaging Department of the Cancer Treatment Centers of America-Chicago Campus. While under construction, the facility has never lost the capability to perform a specific test or do any procedures.
The Imaging expansion allows CTCA to have all equipment needs within one department. It was designed with equipment on uninterrupted power source, test results will remain intact in case of emergency, power outage, etc. Overall the project includes: CT, PET CT, Nuclear Medicine, MRI1.5T, MRI 3.0T, Angiography, Ultrasound, Mammography. Riley Construction self-performed demolition, concrete, masonry, carpentry and drywall.
