- 6,300 SF Mobil Gas Station
- Convenience Store with an attached Dunkin’ Donuts
- 6,200 SF casual dining restaurant with outdoor seating and drive-thru service
- 5,700 SF “Rocket Wash” car wash featuring a two-minute wash in a “see through” tunnel experience
