Industrial Growth in Pewaukee

We’re happy to announce the completion of two new free-standing industrial buildings owned by 2000 Development Corporation. The first building is located in the Pewaukee Corporate Park, which is only 2 minutes from I-94, just east of Pewaukee Road (STH 164) and Watertown Road. Midwest Custom Bottling is leasing 2/3 of the 128,000-SF building. The other 1/3 of the building, 50,000 SF, is available for lease.

Safelite AutoGlass® is occupying the second, 40,000 SF building on Rockwood Drive in Pewaukee. Safelite is moving its current Pewaukee location to the new building, which will be used as an auto glass service center and for warehousing and distribution. This location will be open starting December 1.

Riley Construction was the Construction Manager for the 168,000-SF combined projects and Korb + Associates Architects designed the buildings.
