Zilber Towne Industrial VI

Riley Construction has been selected by Zilber Property Group to provide Design-Build services for the new 176,433-square-foot speculative industrial warehouse in Pleasant Prairie’s LakeView Corporate Park. This project represents the sixth spec building developed by Zilber Property Group at this business park location since 2008.

Strategically located with high visibility along Highway 31 and Green Bay Road, and immediate access to Interstate 94 via State Highway 165, the new free standing Towne Industrial VI consists of precast wall panels and steel framing, with 28 foot clear ceiling height. It includes 16 loading docks, 4 drive-in doors, 28 trailer parking stalls, fire protection (ESFR System), 218 parking spaces and utilities to accommodate multiple needs. Construction has started, and will be available for occupancy by mid-October 2014.

Led by Riley, the design team consists of Partners in Design Architects, Arnold & O’Sheridan Consulting Engineers and Pinnacle Engineering Group.
