Erin began her career with Riley as a Project Intern while earning her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She has climbed the ranks steadily ever since, earning five important promotions while successfully leading some of Riley’s largest and most complex healthcare projects. Erin is now a vital member of Riley’s Executive team, leading operations at the company’s Kenosha Headquarters.
Erin is a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP) and is certified in healthcare construction through the Wisconsin Healthcare Engineers Association (WHEA). She was also a member of the 2013 Associated General Contractors (AGC) Leadership Class.

Erin, her husband and three children are deeply grounded in the community. Erin has been a member of the Board of Directors at the Kenosha Achievement Center and on the Development Committee for six years.
