Riley Construction Company provided construction services for the renovation and expansion of the Waukegan Public Library. The project included renovation of children’s library, audio/visual library, classrooms, library area, work center, windows, and public restrooms. The addition included a new elevator and stairwell with limestone facing. Both the new and remodeled areas feature unique, complex millwork and trim.
