Helicopter sets RTUs at Zilber II at Kenosha Corporate Park

On the blustery and cold morning of January 7, Midwest Helicopter Airways (contracted by our subcontractor Martin Peterson) flew and set the RTUs (mechanical roof top units) onto the roof curbs at the Zilber II building under construction at Kenosha Corporate Park. Each of the RTUs were lined up on the ground and rigged for hoisting. There were 4 workers on the ground and 6 workers on the roof. The total duration lasted under 30 minutes. Riley’s pre-install meeting was held a few weeks prior to the pick to discuss and review the method of procedures, site logistics, and detailed safety checklist. To watch the video of this exciting moment, click here: https://vimeo.com/500155270
