The $6 million, free standing 180,532 square-foot speculative building-warehouse facility, consists of precast wall panels and steel framing. The project includes new site utilities and parking lot; and features 18 loading docks, and 4 drive in doors. The scope includes demolition of 2 existing buildings, extensive site grading and utility infrastructures for future building expansion.
The building was designed for multiple tenants and a wide range of uses. It is located in Menomonee Falls next to a smaller twin industrial building also built by Riley Construction.
