The 7,192 square-foot project is a renovation of existing business office space, converting it to a Student Gathering Center. Some of the project challenges were the use of helical piers in an existing space to create a structural slab, as well as a sound proofing acoustically enhanced ceiling barrier drywall. This job includes a unique barn wood wall, with barn wood material being picked from the area. As classes started and in order to work around their schedule Riley coordinated with the school in regards to noise and schedule to avoid operations disruption.
