Cancer Treatment Centers of America™ Chicago Campus

Riley Construction has been providing construction management services for the Cancer Treatment Centers of America Chicago Campus since 1997.  Some of the most recent projects are the Patient Tower, a six-story plus basement, 168,000-square-foot building that will allow to better serve patients and caregivers, and will feature 72 private inpatient rooms, 48 guest quarters for patients and caregivers, plus additional communal space. Additional current projects are a five-story, 307,000-square-foot Parking Garage which accommodates 905 vehicles; the 20,000-square-foot Operations Center Addition where a new building ties-in with the adjacent Ops Center facility; the 17,000-square-foot Imaging Center that includes the remodel of PET/CT, MRIs, CT, Angio, X-Ray and Nuclear Med areas; and the new Surgery Center addition, which consisted of the construction of three new stories over an existing first floor.

Other projects at the campus include the 40,000-square-foot Medical Office Building addition, the Mary Brown Stephenson Radiation Oncology Center, the Tomotherapy addition, the GammaPet imaging diagnostics area, an oncology center addition, as well as many on-going renovation projects.
