USGBC-100pxRiley Construction provided Construction services to Liberty Property Trust for a 45,065 SF brick and stone Speculative Office building.  Situated on approximately 5.7 acres, the office building was constructed according to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.  The LEED Silver Certified building includes 203 spaces for car parking.

  • Provide alternative transportation, public transportation, bicycle storage, changing rooms
  • Maximize open space for site development
  • Storm water design
  • Minimize heat island effect for roof
  • Utilize water efficient landscaping
  • Water use reduction
  • Optimize energy performance
  • Divert 50% of construction waste
  • Recycled content of building materials, 10% and 20% post-consumer + 1/2 post-industrial
  • Use of regional materials, 10%-20% extracted, processed and manufactured regionally
  • Low-emitting materials (paints, coatings, carpet systems, composite wood)
  • Daylight and views (90% of space)
