Built with precast concrete and steel, the parking structure utilizes the finest materials available throughout. Not just gray concrete here, special colored concrete panels make the structure a focal point on the CTCA campus. As with all projects for Cancer Treatment Centers of America, the parking structure was delivered with an extreme level of detail no different than a surgery addition or other campus building. The five-story parking structure is a 307,000-square-foot parking garage that accommodates 943 vehicles. It enhances the campus parking capacity while freeing up land for future development, that is now under construction.
CTCA wanted the structure to be more than just a parking garage. The entrances have available parking stall counters, landscaping surrounds the structure and the proximity of it to the rest of the medical campus makes it ideal for patients and visitors. CTCA continues to grow their medical campus and services which has elevated them to be one of the most advanced cancer treatment centers in the nation.
