The five-story build-out provides cardiac and pulmonary physician offices for seven cardiologists and 11 heart, lung and cardiovascular specialists. It also includes operating rooms with diagnostic equipment and 38 patient rooms specifically dedicated to cardiac patients. The sixth floor included the build-out of the executive offices for the Ascension medical group including conference rooms, a reception area and offices.
