Riley Construction is providing construction management services for the new Village of Skokie Police Department Headquarters. The project consists of the renovation of an existing 136,000 SF precast concrete industrial building on a six acre site. The new police headquarters will be approximately 79,118 SF on a single floor and will contain police administration offices, 911 dispatch, lock-up, fitness and locker room facilities, indoor shooting range, indoor squad parking for 35 and covered parking for 28, and a training room.
