Riley Construction constructed its own new corporate headquarters. Located down the road from their existing facility, the 46,000 SF facility has been designed to meet the USGBC’s LEED Silver certification requirements. The two-story headquarters will feature offices, conference rooms, training center, fitness room, heated indoor garage, shop and storage area.
As a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and constructor of several major LEED-certified projects, ranging from office space to industrial and municipal projects, Riley’s home office showcases tradework we self-perform, including masonry, concrete, carpentry and drywall.
