Riley Construction provided construction services to Liberty Property Trust for a 68,557 SF precast speculative office building. The building includes eight loading docks (expandable to 20) and parking for approximately 161 cars. The 26-foot warehouse clear height includes a 50-foot-by-50-foot bay and full size windows across the front and clear story windows in the back.
