The LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.

Green building features include:
Geothermal heat exchange system
• 30% water use reduction
• Use of certified wood products
• Increased building ventilation
• Use/installation of low VOC emitting materials
• 75% recycling of construction waste and debris
• Indoor air quality management during construction

Riley Construction was selected to provide construction management and tradework services on the new 39,342 SF pool addition.

The project adds an Olympic-size, 50-meter pool capable of hosting lap swimming competitions and triathlon training, in addition to swimming lessons. It will be capable of hosting up to 1,000 spectators and features a public entrance that opens to a two-story lobby that will include space for concessions, storage and office space.
