Riley Construction was selected to provide construction management and tradework services on the new 39,342 SF pool addition.
The project adds an Olympic-size, 50-meter pool capable of hosting lap swimming competitions and triathlon training, in addition to swimming lessons. It will be capable of hosting up to 1,000 spectators and features a public entrance that opens to a two-story lobby that will include space for concessions, storage and office space.
