Riley Construction provided professional preconstruction, construction management and trades performance for this new 42,000 SF pool addition. It adds an Olympic-size, 50-meter pool capable of hosting lap swimming competitions and triathlon training, in addition to swimming lessons. It features a mezzanine with seating for 1,000 spectators and space for concessions, as well as a public entrance that opens to a two-story lobby that includes space for a host desk, office space, and men/women locker rooms.
