More than 90% of interior space receives reflected daylight

Work stations feature personal environmental controls, as well as rapidly renewable,
locally available materials such as maple wood.
Riley Construction, in a joint venture, provided construction management for the JohnsonDiversey global headquarters building. The 277,440 SF office and laboratory was completed below the construction budget as a result of the green design initiatives and advanced construction practices. Ultimately, the project earned LEED Gold certification from the USGBC.
