Riley Construction provided general construction services for the 550,000 SF distribution center. The new distribution center features 55 loading docks and 118 staging areas for loading tractor trailers.
This project allowed Riley to contribute to the LEED certification by applying our construction expertise to solve a foundation drainage issue utilizing bottom-ash from a local landfill. This helped keep the project on schedule while elevating it from LEED Silver- to Gold-certified status and saved $500,000 on the budget.
